Pet Policy

We LOVE Pets!
We allow two pets per apartment. 

Pet Fee: $400 for one pet; $600 for two pets. Pet fees are non-refundable.

Pet Rent: $20 monthly pet rent per pet

*The following breeds are prohibited whether pure or mix breed: Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Rottweiler.
